ROAR Success Criteria:  In my classroom, students are expected to come in ready to learn and with a positive mindset. We respect each other, learn from our mistakes, and persevere. Students learn to become leaders and advocate for what they believe in.  

Biography: I am Mrs.Reyna, I was born and raised in Fort worth, Texas. This will be my 7th year teaching, all at Natha Howell. I attended FWISD throughout  my education and I knew I wanted to come back and give back to my community.  I enjoy working with students and I believe they should have the same opportunities to an education as anybody else. I hold my students to high standards because they need to work hard for what they want and it can be done.  Children all need someone who believes in them and I believe in all of them.  Outside of school, I like to spend time with my husband, my son and my daughter. I enjoy reading and working on myself to become better daily.

ROAR Success Criteria: I expect students to be respectful of themselves and others. Students should put their forth effort at all times and take responsibility for their learning and actions. All students should come prepared to enjoy their learning process and be actively participating in their learning process. 
 
Biography: I am Ms. Guerrero and I am from San Diego, California but have been raised in Fort Worth, Texas. During my time, I enjoy traveling and being physically active whether it’s lifting, hiking or running. My teachers inspired me to teach, just as they believed in me to become the best version of myself I want to do the same with my students. I believe every student should have the opportunity to be educated to their full potential. Students should take responsibility for their own learning while setting high expectations for themselves. I hold myself to high expectations and I expect the same from my students.
