Roar Criteria: Students have to have respect. If you don't respect yourself first, then you will surely have a problem with showing respect to others. Having respect will enable anyone to also maintain and create the ideas of ownership, a good attitude, and being responsible.

Biography: My name is Brian McCauley, and I am excited to begin Beacon Hill Preparatory Institute (BHPI) at Natha Howell Elementary School!
I am a graduate of Texas State University (SWT if you remember that far back) with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. I began my career as an officer with Dallas ISD but quickly realized I would rather work with students in more of a positive influence. I wanted to make a DIFFERENCE! During this time, I was blessed that my work with students was noticed an offered a position with a Non-Profit working in schools with drop-out prevention. I quickly rose in the ranks, becoming the Chief Operations Officer for 20 years. I left the education world for a chance in Corporate America, but realized my passion is making a difference in the lives of children. I re-entered the education world in 2021 and have been re-energized helping others and providing them more tools to place in their tool belts of life!
My passion outside of work includes spending time with my wife Daniela, golf, traveling, college football, friends and sitting by the smoker preparing BBQ.
